Kieran FOWLER

Kieran joined De Sangosse in 2020 and continued developing the plant nutrition ranges across the South Island and provide farmers and growers with agronomic solutions. Recently he has stepped into the Commercial Nutrition Manager role for
Australia and New Zealand. 

Kieran studied at Geraldine High School and grew up on his Parents Sheep and Beef farm just out of Hinds in Mid Canterbury.

Prior to joining De Sangosse, Kieran has worked at Farmlands (formerly Crt Co-operative) for 10 years working closely with Dairy, Sheep and Beef farmers and was then promoted to Assistant Sales Manager for the Otago Region.

Kieran enjoys the agronomy side of farming, working with farmers and retailers coming up with solutions to improve the customers’ sustainability and profitability.  

Kieran is passionate about sports, especially Athletics and Rugby. He has represented New Zealand in athletics at two World championships in 2006 (Morocco) and 2008 (Beijing) and has also played rugby for Otago B and Otago Colts. He is also the World Gumboot throwing champion and holds the NZ record at 55m :).
